Who Should Not Take Zileuton CR?

You should not take zileuton CR if you:
 
  • Are allergic to Zyflo CR, zileuton CR, or any of the inactive components used to make zileuton CR. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients used to make zileuton CR.
     
  • Have high liver enzymes (found using a blood test), which is a sign of liver damage.
     
  • Have liver disease.
