Aerobid® (flunisolide inhaler) is a drug used to prevent asthma attacks. After June 30, 2011, Aerobid inhalers were no longer made, dispensed, or sold in the United States because this product contains chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), chemicals that deplete the ozone layer.
